Harlow’s Town Centre Partnership aims to improve Harlow and Harlow Town Centre for the benefit, inspiration and enjoyment of residents, shoppers, students, visitors and businesses.
Through a variety of activities and events, including organisation of music festivals in the Market Square, creation of eye catching banners in Boardwalk, work with Police and the Safer Harlow Partnership to reduce crime and fear of crime, the partnership is at the very heart of Harlow.
The Partnership has created a website, Harlow Live, where live music and other cultural activities in the town can be found, and encourages anyone interested in improving the town centre to get in touch, at town.centre@harlow.gov.uk
