May 2010: Following successful public consultation events held between September 2009 and April 2010, a detailed planning application has been submitted to Harlow Council on 30 April 2010. The application can be viewed on-line on Harlow Council’s website or in person at the Civic Centre. Residents who are considering making representations should contact Harlow Council's Planning Department on 01279 446598.
10 September 2009: A public exhibition showing the latest regeneration proposals will be held at the British legion on Monday 14 September between 3pm-7pm. Local residents are invited to drop in, have a detailed look at the proposals and make comments and suggestions. Members of the development team will be happy to provide further details and answer any questions.
May 2009: The scheme is progressing with another key milestone achieved; the selection of Moat Homes Ltd as the preferred developer of GAF II schemes. Consultations with local residents on the detailed design will take place between July and September with a detailed planning application to be submitted in October 2009.
