Prentice Place final proposed outline designs.

In 2006 Harlow Council was successful in its bid for nearly £10m funding from the Department of Communities and Local Government to help renew four neighbourhoods in the town.

During 2007 extensive consultations were held with local residents, traders and services in Prentice Place. A number of changes have been made to the initial designs following our on-going discussions, notably the shops now remaining on the existing site.

Following are the final proposed outline designs for the Growth Area Fund regeneration of Prentice Place:

If you would like to make any final comments please contact us by 10am on 31 March either by e-mail to prenticeplace@harlowrenaissance.co.uk  or by post to Prentice Place Designs, Harlow Renaissance, 5 Mitre Buildings, Harlow, Essex CM20 1DR.

Once the Outline Planning Application has been submitted you will be able to make formal comments via the Council’s Planning Application process, of which the Council will advise local residents further.

Please note that an application for changes to the existing Community Centre to create the new health centre, pharmacy and community centre will be made directly by the Harlow Health Centres Trust (HHCT).
