Speaking at the launch of the new Harlow Enterprise Hub, Rt Hon Lord Peter Mandelson - Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform said:
- Harlow has changed and improved. It is a stronger place that has a good reputation as a centre for research and it is a town looking towards the future. It is modern and changing.
